The developer of this App (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to download and use the App on your personal device, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong for resolution.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App and will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the App, you agree to the modified terms.
